Beyond caring for our twin daughters, they provided invaluable support to us every single day since the start. The entire staff went above and beyond, providing not only expert medical care but also emotional support during a very difficult time. Dr. Tonyot Gailson and Dr. Harshit Kumar, our primary doctors, are the best doctors. Their deep expertise in neonatal care and confidence for our daughters’ well-being were evident in every conversation. They patiently explained each step of the medical process, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that our babies were in the best possible hands. The nursing team, led by Dr. Karan, was outstanding. Every nurse, from Pallavi, Monika, Uma, Vicky, Kavita, and Akash, demonstrated incredible professionalism, compassion, and skill. They not only provided top-notch medical care but also showed incredible kindness, constantly going out of their way to ensure that our daughters, as well as our family, felt supported. They took the time to keep us informed at every stage and always made sure that our daughters were as comfortable, cared for, and safe as possible. The dedication, teamwork, and compassion shown by the entire NICU team has made all the difference in our journey. We are forever grateful for their hard work, expertise, and the heartfelt care they provided. We cannot thank Dr. Tonyot Gailson, Dr. Harshit Kumar, Dr. Karan, and the entire nursing staff—Pallavi, Monika, Uma, Vicky, Kavita, and Akash—enough for helping us through this challenging time. I would like to review beyond 5 stars for Aashakiran Hospital.It was a one year journey,we came to Aashakiran last year in July 2024 met Dr.Harjeet Kaur she explained us the process and we opted for IVF.In October we got positive result in first attempt we were really happy.The Doctors and Nursing staff was very supportive throughout our pregnancy journey.Dr Shivani Sharma is highly professional,proactive and very caring doctor.We would like to mention that they have an excellent team of experts - Dr. Harjeet Kaur,Dr.Shivani Sharma,Dr.Asmita Malha and Dr.Harshit Kumar and all supporting staff.The nursing staff is also excellent ,specially Nurse Monika and Nurse Sujata are very caring and supportive.Aashakiran Hospital has given us the best ,positive and resulted oriented treatment.We are thankful to all the doctors nursing staff for taking such good care of us and our little baby.We had our baby in June 2025 and really happy for this miracle which Aashakiran hospital gave us.We highly recommend everyone to go for IVF without wasting any further time like we did. Me and my wife chose Ashakiran IVF for our pregnancy and delivery journey, and for most of the time, it was a truly fantastic experience. Dr. Shivani guided us throughout the pregnancy with genuine care and expertise. Her support made this special journey very smooth and reassuring. At the time of delivery, Dr. Tonyot took over and continued the care with full dedication. Our baby had to be admitted to the NICU due to jaundice, and both Dr. Tonyot and Dr. Vinay provided excellent treatment. We were comforted by their medical approach, and we felt our child was in safe hands. One of the night-shift nurses was particularly kind, supportive, and helpful — especially in guiding us on how to take care of the baby in those critical early hours. However, our experience took a disappointing turn on the morning of 30th June 2025, when my wife visited the hospital and found multiple scratches on our baby’s face. When she raised the concern with the nurse on duty, Ms. Pallavi, instead of addressing it with empathy or responsibility, she reacted rudely and started scolding my wife. This was completely unprofessional and upsetting. Moreover, at the time of discharge, not all the necessary reports (especially blood tests) were provided properly, which added to our concern. While the doctors were outstanding, the day-time NICU nursing staff's behavior, especially Ms. Pallavi’s, was far below expectations. Their attitude was insensitive, and instead of providing support, they created unnecessary emotional stress for our family at a very delicate time. In summary, we had a year-long positive journey with Ashakiran, and the doctors truly made it special. But unfortunately, the final experience with the NICU day staff — especially the rude and unprofessional behavior — left us deeply disappointed. We hope the hospital management takes serious note of this and ensures better training and accountability for their NICU staff. Dr. Shivani and Nurses superintendent Balwinder Kaur was absolutely amazing—calm, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. Her guidance gave us a lot of confidence. The entire staff was very professional and caring, making sure we were comfortable and well-informed at every stage. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly.
