Welcome to Aashakiran IVF. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 100% Money Back IVF Package offered by Aashakiran IVF. By enrolling in this package, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opting for this package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or continue with the package.

2. Package Details

  • Total Cost: ₹5,00,000/-

  • Coverage: 1 Ovum Pick-Up (OPU) and up to 6 Embryo Transfers, based on the embryos fertilized from the first OPU (self or donor cycle).

3. Validity

  • Package Duration: 500 days from the date of booking.

  • Renewal Fee: ₹25,000 per year if treatment is delayed due to patient’s side.

4. Services Included

The following are included in the package:

  • All IVF-related medicines.

  • Regular consultations and standard ultrasounds (advanced scans, if required, will be charged extra).

  • Day-care procedures: 1 OPU, 6 embryo transfers, hysteroscopy, ICSI, TESA, PICSI, PRP.

  • Embryo freezing & semen freezing.

  • Male medicines related to treatment.

5. Additional Charges (If Required)

  • Second stimulation cycle: ₹65,000

  • Extra admissions (e.g., OHSS management), advanced USGs: Charged separately.

  • Donor Costs: Female donor ₹50,000, Male donor ₹20,000.

  • High-risk safety (HIV, Hepatitis, etc.): ₹20,000.

6. Package Closure

  • The package is deemed successful and concludes upon documented cardiac activity (fetal heartbeat confirmation).

  • If an abortion occurs after cardiac activity is confirmed, the package is considered complete, and a new package will be required for further treatment.

7. Payment Schedule

  • ₹10,000 – At the time of booking.

  • ₹50,000 – At the time of hysteroscopy.

  • 50% of package – At the time of stimulation.

  • 80% of package – At the time of OPU.

  • 100% of package – Before the first embryo transfer.

8. Refund Policy (100% Money Back Guarantee)

  • All payments made under this package are refundable if all cycles (1 OPU + 6 ET) are completed and no pregnancy is achieved.

  • Refunds will be issued as per the original payment schedule received.

  • Payments made for donor services (female/male donor) are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aashakiran IVF shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the scope of the package refund, including but not limited to emotional distress, travel expenses, or external medical costs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
